Finally my cheesecake recipe that lots of you have been asking me for!
This cheesecake is sooo creamy, thanks to that cream cheese and that touch of cream and a secret dry ingredient ;)
So this is the long overdue continuation of that

This feeds a very hungry couple or 4 normal human beings :D

Enough filling for a 6inch (15cm) springform pan
Bake it on a low-temp 165C/325F oven for an even and CRACK-FREE cheesecake top

Yes - I used both of your recipes yesterday and am taking the cheesecake and crust to the office for a party today for a coworkers last day and have really had to resist cutting into it to because it is so beautiful and it smells so lovely ❤

Can I change the lemon zest to lemon juice instead? I don't like the bitter taste from the lemon zest. 😖
