I REALLY loved this workout! More like this!! This was one of my faves. I loved that there were no repeats, huge variety of fun moves, and it was easy to learn and follow - yet still definitely got my heart rate up and I feel great afterwards!

By far the best workout I have had in a long while. I had my hip replacement 3.5 months ago and a number of your moves are on my post op exercise list to do everyday. You made it so fun and easy to follow. My hips and knees feels so much better after. I wasn’t perfect like you say as long as I was moving it made a big difference. My shoulders feel so easy after. Thank you so much for making exercises cool with fun music and low impact movements I now have you on my phone so even though it’s freezing outside I am having fun with your walks.❤

I started yesterday and I can't stand also, but i do all the punches for 3 min sitting down. And with it 1 at the 10 min speed walking also 3 min. Today i could do 4 min speed walking . Im so grateful for your channel thank you☝️💥🌺

I agree ~ loved this workout. In my younger days did a lot of kickboxing. Now in my 60's still love the boxing without the pounding on the knees! Please create more!!!!

I think I'm in love. I have never worked out so much in my life. I came across your video randomly and have never looked back. I workout with them on average of 4 days per week. I have told many folks in my VSG group about your low impact but very effective techniques. So, thank you for all you continue to do. You rock! Oh, and the videos with the scenery behind you are equally motivational. Now, I think I may need to take a trip to visit Dubai.

Hello Rick I've lost 3 stones over the past few months but felt my usual walking workout was getting old. Found your combat cardio about a week ago and can't stop doing them. I usually do the 15 minutes in the morning and again in the evening. The music is so uplifting and really gets you punching 😂 awesome. Thank you for those workouts and for taking time to help others. 😊
