•drink 3 tbsp of squeezed lemon (u can mix them with mint and water)
•drink water before each meal
•eat from a smaller plates
•eat food of a plate with contrasting colors
•get 7 or 8 hrs of sleep
•have 1 tbsp of peanut butter in the morning
•turn your thermostat a couple of degrees lower (ur body burns more temperature in the cold)
•wear your gym clothes around the house

•find a hobby that keeps u in shape
