First of all salute to your service for human betterment.
Sir, I want to file a complaint but my builder's have done all illegal work.
1.No NOC is taken and construction was completed. Even though asking again and again.
2. Builder has got 7 notice but didn't responded and building was demolished by municipal corporations after say within 14 days of whole payment done.
3. Builder has not given any agreement documents even though asking again and again and lastly at the time of possession gave notarized document say General power of Attorney and Kabja Karar.
4. Builder is now asking us to have patience and remain quiet as they will reconstruct after 6 months. Builder threatens us tht if we will file complain Thn they want return our money nor flat.

Sir, this ws my hard earn money.
I am stuck in debt and lost my property.
Kindly guide me m I liable to get justice???

Sir I bought plot in 2016 and that time plot price is 4 lakhs 20 thousands. But after two years builder told me i m not available to give you this plot. I give you another plot. Then i agree but he again cheated me. Then i am canceled my order. 2nd plot price is 5 lakhs 40 thousands and i payed 2lakhs 30 thousands and he give me only 20 thousands ruppes.
