Welcome to another guided meditation for deep sleep. This meditation will bring you to fall asleep fast, as I have used some relaxation music made from waves and frequencies that will help you in your journey of letting go.

This meditation encourages a calm awareness of the breath, and also a gentle detachment from the habits of rumination (ie. over-thinking). This session is useful for alleviating symptoms of anxiety, OCD, and depression.

Raphael, thank you very much for your guided meditations. I'm going through the most difficult time in my life and I'm dealing with major depression and anxiety. I don't know when things will be better, but I know that meditation with you has helped a lot. I'm sending you a big hug.

This is so good, honestly. I usually love your transcendental meditation but this was a really refreshing take an give me the best meditation I've had in weeks. I could of drifted right to sleep but I wanted to comment, honestly brother keep up the good work and I appreciate you trying new stuff. I hope you have a blessed day and hope to continue this kind of mindfulness meditation on the channel.
