My friend who has 5 kids didn’t like her pregnancy pillow so she gave it to me, a childfree person. A couple months later I had to get an unexpected abdominal surgery and part of my recovery instructions discouraged me from sleeping in any position other than on my back, which, similarly to you, was impossible for me. But the pregnancy pillow kept me from accidentally popping internal stitches in my sleep & I healed super well, I could even touch my toes 7 days later

My grandma used one of these for the last year of her cancer battle. It helped her tremendously!! Not just for preggos! But now that I am preggo I use her same pillow and its like she is there with me🥰

I saw this yesterday and was instantly influenced. I bought one last night… at Target because I had zero patience. I might have scared my coworkers this morning in a meeting. It helps to keep your joints from 'stacking' (being bone on bone), which should help realign the hips and take pressure off the lower back.

Honestly I have that and I'm a man, I love it. I have pretty bad insomnia, nightmares etc and just can't get comfy due to chronic pain, it's been so helpful and nice to just hug hahah. 🙏🏻

no one ever talked about this and im so happy you did! ive been using a pregnancy/maternity pillow for a while now and its just incredible! i have no back pain, i fall asleep way calmer and always wake up exactly the same as i was before going to sleep! i really recommend this for anyone with any sorts of sleeping issues, because it checks all the boxes.
ps. you can get heating or cooling ones, too!

That with the added weighted blanket is a sleep dream come true. Not only is the maternity pillow the most comfortable thing in the world but then you have the compression of the weighted blanket to relieve stress and anxiety! I never thought that I would love a weighted blanket but I love it

I work midnights.
I got one of those pillows and a bed tent. Its got a little shelf up top for my cat and a loop to hand a fan/light... I'm telling you, I hibernated this winter LOL
