The secret to relieving insomnia: Strawberry Milkshake Wood Soup ASMR #asmrtingles

Показать описание
Calming wood soup triggers to help you rest and relax or focus and get through your work day by drowning out noises that can distract and irritate. ASMR is known to help calm anxiety, relieve insomnia, depression, PTSD, help ADHD, autism, tinnitus, and even curb migraines. My goal is to allow the unique characteristics of the sounds to be enjoyed, and to keep them as clean as possible, so I will never use echo or other audio effects. In some videos, ambient music and/or rain & thunder may be added for a layered option.
