Chef! Normally I don't use a knife or fork in restaurants as I mostly order Indian foods that can be eaten with spoons. Would you like to give us some related signals that can be made using spoons alone? I usually keep the spoon horizontally in the centre of the plate or leave in the bowl, out of habit.
