My Aldi kamado arrives tomorrow and this will be my first cook for sure. Looks amazing and nothing to lose if it goes belly up (sorry!) Love the vids, keep them coming. Would like to see more close ups on the settings you use as well as audio description if that makes sense?

Nice vid. The pork belly you cooked looked cracking. I'll give it a try. I've just ordered the Aldi Kamado and I'm waiting for it to arrive. (I couldn't get one last yr!!!. They sold out super fast).

Sat here salivating but realising that this would be too sweet for a diabetic like me so I've got to find some alternative flavourings but still keeping the Hendersons as I am a Northern sole. Nice one Tom.

Enjoying the vids👍 a couple of points, you don’t seem to leave the rub on long, I’ve always left it at least overnight? Also I use a Tupperware box with a lid to add the rub and give it a good shake, it results in a pretty even coating of rub all over.

I won my Big KAMODA JOE for a thick crust pizza. My baby. I can make brownies in my grill. Pork belly bites are on menu for weekend. Going to use MIKES HOT HONEY and good bourbon . Yum.

Just bought the Aldi Kamado and I am looking through your great videos, many thanks for taking the time to post and help newbies like myself. Think these will be my first cook, they seem easy to start with and don't take hours. One thing I would really appreciate is a cooking temp chart for things like whole Chicken, Brisket etc, , rather than searching through each video to see what internal temps I need.. Does this chart exist anywhere please so I can laminate and stick in on the wall by my BBQ?

Looks great! I've just got a new Aldi Kamado, not even set it up yet but been watching your channel, great 👍🏻 I need to buy my accessories from scratch. Do know of an automatic rotisserie that will fit it? Also any plans to try a doner style kebab in the kamado? Keep the vids coming.

Interesting video they looked good to me. Just ordered the Aldi Kamado and it's due mid march, been looking at getting this type of bbq for a while and the Aldi one seemed the best bet to get started with. What rubs would you recommend from rusty bbq, I've got the mixed pack of their 4 most popular rubs and the IPA rub in my basket currently, any other you would put in as well? Been enjoying your channel over the last couple of days in preparation for when mine arrives. Cheers.

I’ve found that the best way to remove skin from these slices is to freeze for around 40 mins. When they’re partially frozen they’re rigid enough for you to just run a knife under the skin and slice it all off in one swoop. Works a treat

Great video. I've just bought a Aldi Komado to go with my trustee Weber Kettle and I'm looking forward to getting going, once it stops raining.. 🙄
Just for home made bbq sauce recipes there's a channel called 'Bbq pit boys'. Their home made bourbon bbq sauce is to die for.
