Nobody can make you angry or upset. What comes out of you is what is in you.
Acknowledge (interesting) then don't accept.
Breathe, if your still upset, breathe
If a situation or environment does not serve you, change it.

Lets say you lose your keys.
You need to go somewhere.
Cant find the keys.
Cant find the keys.
Anxiety mounts as you continue not finding the keys.
Now, frustrated and perhaps angry....you see them.

Instantly you feel relief.
Why?
No special breathing.
No disconnecting from anything.
Why?

It is you.
You made yourself anxious.
You also dissolved the anxiety.
The keys did nothing but sit where you left them.

Think about it.

It has happened to you before.
....but you did not recognize this fact....that you are in control...

What you need is to see and accept your responsibility.

Right thought.
Right emotion.
Right action.
All are in your control.
All are your responsibility to yourself and to humanity.

If you have someone constantly over you bullying you, this can only take you so far. I did all these things for months until I could move out and realized how traumatized I was. Yes we should always take action and not play victim, but there are situations where it isn't our fault and it will effect us. I used to believe in this advice so much that I used to believe the problem is me, hence I refused help. I became very hard on myself and it traumatized me mentally and physically. Finally till I went to the doctor and she gave me sources for free therapy as well as healed me physically. I realized it's normal to be effected and it's good I sought help. Though I do believe we are responsible for our own happiness, this is teaching people to put up with abuse and blame themselves why they're upset about it. This segment needs further clarification.

Hi Eric, it is actually difficult to live with people who are having bad energies. Specially when you have a family member who is always jealous, unhappy, angry. It becomes worse if that person is one of your parents, siblings. I have the same problem. I know the pain. Sometimes I am crying alone, seeking a help from universe.I am struggling to move away from them. I am daily manifesting to move away from them and trying to keep myself calm, quiet and happy.

5. Its okay to cut off family, friends, people. (Love and live for my self happiness).
