Nicodemus is the best example of man seeking and acquiring knowledge and being humble at the same time. I really admire him.

I spent the majority of my 32 years on this earth being a skeptic. Leaning on my own understanding and logic. I got saved last year on 12-31-18. My life has improved dramatically. 2019 has been the hardest and greatest year of my life. I have felt Him working in me & felt him refining me. Those around me have noticed the change, and when questioned about my faith, while I do refer to apologists, nothing can compare to the expression given at 2:42. It goes beyond data, human logic, and expresses something so much more beautiful than anything I believe man can explain. Transformation in Christ. Those few seconds, and her testimony will forever move my heart. I feel the Spirit each time I watch it.

Such a powerful scene! I love how Nicodemus struggles to understand here as his preconceived foundation is beginning to crack. I can't wait to see the rest of his journey to conversion in future episodes. Erik Avari has done an incredible job in this role.

I’ve always said this, and I will continue to do so; Erick Avari should be one of the greatest actors of all time, and his portrayal as Saint Nicodemus is ASTONISHINGLY AMAZING
