This is a wonderful clip. I, too, have wondered in my life why God yanks me around but as I learned later, He knew exactly what He is doing. So many lessons in life and so much understanding I have because through it all, I continued to believe and have faith in Him. Thanks to God, this old woman finally gets it.

I lie if I say I have never felt like that. In fact, this clip was right on time. My Abba says, "He's making me into something new."

This was a wonderful episode. We don't know exactly how it really played out then, but that doesn't mean we can't get a teaching from it now.

The reason why I like Simon Peter the apostle since I was a teenager is because I can totally relate to him because of his human traits. He can be faithful, he can be backsliding in his faith, he can be doubter like Thomas, he can be happy about life, he can be angry about life and sometimes on God (yes, I did too especially in my college years) . But in the end, he had changed to become a better man after Jesus' resurrection, not in perfect way but still.

To be honest, i am a servant of God, serving in the church, and have a ministry. But it came to a point in my life that i was in the verge of breaking down, i have let go of my faith for a moment. As i have watched this movie, everything was totally strucked down to my core. The calling God has given me that i almost quit, the youth ministry which i gave up, and the things that i do that did not please God. Everything. The Lord reminded me through this movie, that He is always there for me. I cried a ton of tears and revived and so sorry for all the things that I've done. I really thank God for all the people working behind this movie. God bless you through and through according to the riches in Christ Jesus.

It's the: "AND THEN WHAT??" for me, sometimes, it truly feels like God is making things unnecessarily hard and tedious just so he can get glory...but well, his Will will be done anyway, so can't bypass it...

An interesting look on Simon(Peter), what he said is understandable but the Lord's ways are far higher than ours. And His purpose for all is far more grand. We only see the short term, but He sees it all from beginning to end. And his love and mercy is greater than the Heavens themselves, He cannot be contained. That is why we worship Him, not only because He is the Alpha and Omega, but also because He is All Loving.

I swear when I saw this part of the movie, it was like watching me talking to the Lord in the way that I did in some ways similar to what this clip shows! Going through some of the harder times in my life not understanding, and then letting God quote "have it" verbally! I'm so thankful God is understanding! This is an awesome awesome movie!!

Episode 4 is one for the books. Many are called, few are chosen, even fewer understand our Creators justice and mercy.

I love the humanity this character brings. He brings to light that we all have struggles. Love it, because he shows us that we don't have to be perfect to be Chosen... and that's a relief! 😉
