You’ve made it to Day 6! This full-body barre workout blends upper body, lower body, and core — using weights (3–8 lbs) and your mat to build strength and stability through non-stop movement.

Each move is 50 seconds on with just 10 seconds rest, so expect the challenge — and the results.

It was a wonderful week! Lifting heavy is great but it's nice to have the variety and I can feel my body say, 'thank you' when I do barre and stretch it out. 💘

I have to say me and Barre have come a long way.😅 Maybe what I hated is what I needed the most!🤔 This week was a pleasant surprise, change up but still challenging. The sweat that comes has an energizing energy💦💦and I guess I'm here for it!🤗 What a week! Thank you Michelle and Crew❣️

I loved this week of workouts and incorporated walking with the shorter workouts! Amazing! I have learned that shorter duration workouts are just as good as the longer ones! Thank you so much Michelle and crew for this great week! Hope that we see something like this again:)
