Day 6 done <3 The sequence is always a combination of gentleness and challenging for me. The movements and transitions make me mindful of every step I take at the same time make me progress. Thank you for this!

I am on day two and absolutely loving your Pilates. I appreciate how gentle it is to the body and that you move slowly. Instructions are easy to follow.

I have a difficult time sticking with any workout routine. But I’m very hopeful that I will stick with yours. It’s fantastic.😊

i just finished day 6. I enjoyed today's workout although i felt a bit lazy and tried to postpone it, but thankfully i did it 😍💪🤩.

I love the variety of the moves in your videos, but I wish they were done for longer/more reps! Sometimes I feel like I've only started to feel challenged then we're on to the next move haha

Hey, My hip joint starts aching after holding my leg high during the aerial movements. Is it normal ?

The hip exercises are pretty difficult for me. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to move the legs because it feels ‘unusual’.
