I was hoping they'd tell him he'll get a big salary increase so he doesn't need to work 2 jobs, and that's 100% of his son's tuition will be covered.
Recognition is nice, but that "reward" was pathatic to be honest.

This Boss was driving & see an employee & family eating grass on the road side, seeing how hungry they all was he stopped his car, picked them up and drove them to his massive mansion. He took them through his banquet hall and out into his huge 2 acre garden.. “here you go guys… eat as much grass as you want”

I really want to see one of these where the employee checks the CEO just like we do in the comments. I mean, this guy works 7 days a week, 2 jobs and the first thing Mr CEO focuses on is "I want you to get more work done and be more efficient". Way to go,

Ok this ceo is cheap. Give Ricardo's son a full scholarship. Give this employee a substantial raise so he could quit his 2nd job. The CEO wants Ricardo to work more efficient and get more work done, what?! So he is buying a golf cart (for his own company). I love some of these undercover bosses and the tender heart they have, but this guy fell short of what he should've done for this employee. Shame on you ECONOLODGE.

Why didn't he ask the General Manager why, even though the property has just been taken over, he hasn't contacted the new owners which the guy in the suit represents for help in getting the property up to standards but instead of obviously ignoring it? The less money he spends on upkeep (the General Manager) the bigger bonuses he gets?

After seeing so many undercover boss shows... a golf cart and a scholarship to cover some college? Come on. Pay for his son's college, golf cart is a cheap investment, and give this guy an all expense paid trip for him and his family to a destination of their choice.

Ive had various two jobs in the last 5 years. Guess what happens when they find out. Oh you're overworking yourself, or you're exhausted. Next thing you know Im down to one job. I learned real quick to not mention a second job to coworkers.
