He's a hard-working man who deserves praise for the kind of work he does outside in the hot sun without cold water, who can't spend any quality with his family because of the workload he has to do, and with the CEO pretending to be an employee can learn what his employees go through daily, and appreciate them. You can't find good employees who would consider doing a job as this man does nowadays, for they're far and few between.

Good on this boss for taking care of what's been stated as lacking, hopefully he makes efforts to find other ways to improve conditions. It's just sad that this is what it took for him to address certain obvious things.

I like how he provides one free holiday to a single employee.... Like that will fix being away from home 90% of the time for other employees.... Sure it was nice he did this for this one guy. He could have also adjusted time scheduling so his employees were home alittle more then 10% of the time... It would kill off an on going issue.... This guy after that single holiday will go back to 90% of the time being away from home for god knows how many years...

Been in the "Trades" over 45 years and learned LONG AGO to bring a cooler with something to eat, to drink and EVEN TP because SO VERY MANY OUTFITS do the same thing as far as no water on the job and NO Port-a-Johns. The job is hard enough without having to deal with that sort of thing.
