Dear Tara, I wanted to thank you for this amazing recipe for chocolate chip cookies with lupine flour that makes all the difference. I have tried several recipes before but I have to tell you that yours is a winner. Tender and soft with a real cookie taste (compared to almond or coconut flour). The mix of almonds and lupin is excellent. From now on, it will be your recipe that I will make when I have a cookie taste. BRAVO👏👏👏

Hi Tara, I was wondering if I could replace the one egg in this recipe with mixing 1/2 cup of the required lupin flour with 1/2 cup of water as you did in your coconut keto cookies? Also, could I use allulose or bocha sweet as my sweetener instead? Thank you.

Btw guys you don’t even need use oil or butter or egg. I do them almost weekly completely without these. Instead of baking powder, the gum and egg, just use egg replacer (5 grams will do the trick) and they are much healthier. Ofc the way shown on the video is richer in taste, but if someone follows a very very very strict macros diet, just sharing the alternative I do and it is not bad at all.

I added butter and didn't think I'm adding more salt. So for all readers, if you're adding butter as oil, don't add the salt to thr ingredients.

Helps Tara, your recipe ingredient list says 3/4 cup lupin flour and under it says 2 tbs lupin flour. Is the 2 tbs in addition to the 3/4 cups of flour?

So the "lupinin flour mixture" is just regular lupin flour? there isn't some special thing with that particular brand, right?

Is it me or this lupin flour tastes just like chickpea flour? Maybe not the same taste but just as bad as chickpea flour...
