Hey ya'll,

Today we're converting my chocolate chip cookie dough that I've used since middle school into the BEST keto chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies I've *ever* had!

I hope that if you try this, it's the perfect dough for a movie night or that it makes some delicious cookies to eat on cold, rainy day.

Full written recipe:

Servings: 5 dozen cookies (mine made 66 exactly)
Serving Size: 1 Cookie

Ingredients:
-1 cup butter, softened to room temp
-1 cup brown granulated allulose (can make your own by combining 1 cup allulose and 1 T of molasses in a food processor)
-1 cup granulated allulose
-2 eggs
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp salt
-2 ½ -3 cups of my keto, all-purpose flour
-12 oz sugar free chocolate chips of choice (Lily's)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cream together butter, brown and white allulose.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, thoroughly.
4. Add in vanilla and salt and mix.
5. Then add flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough is the desired consistency (more liquidy dough will make more flat cookies and thicker dough will produce fluffier cookies).
6. Mix in chocolate chips.
7. Scoop out onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheets
8. Bake for 9-10 minutes until golden brown.
9. Allow to cool on the pan for 3-5 minutes before removing with a spatula onto a cooling rack.
10. Repeat until all dough is gone and enjoy!

Net carbs per one cookie: 1.2 grams
Total Carbs per one cookie: 10.7 grams

Charlotte I made 6 cookies tonight from my initial batch I made and froze leftover dough for when I just wanted a cookie or 2. I am happy to say they froze well and baked well. So incase someone doesn’t want to bake a whole batch at one time I recommend freezing the dough. I did make individual balls so I didn’t have to thaw out the whole thing. Thank you for your recipe ❤

FYI!! I use Yacon syrup in place of Molasses. It looks, smells and tastes pretty much the same. However it has less than 4 carbs per 1 tbs where molasses has 16. I buy organic pure yacon syrup from Blue Lily on Amazon.

Have you experimented with chilling your cookie dough? The flavor with regular cookies is much improved by chilling the dough. Plus they don't spread as much.
