CHEWY KETO Chocolate Chip Cookies | ONLY 1g Net Carbs!

Hey ya'll,
Today we're converting my chocolate chip cookie dough that I've used since middle school into the BEST keto chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies I've *ever* had!
I hope that if you try this, it's the perfect dough for a movie night or that it makes some delicious cookies to eat on cold, rainy day.
Full written recipe:
Servings: 5 dozen cookies (mine made 66 exactly)
Serving Size: 1 Cookie
Ingredients:
-1 cup butter, softened to room temp
-1 cup brown granulated allulose (can make your own by combining 1 cup allulose and 1 T of molasses in a food processor)
-1 cup granulated allulose
-2 eggs
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp salt
-2 ½ -3 cups of my keto, all-purpose flour
-12 oz sugar free chocolate chips of choice (Lily's)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cream together butter, brown and white allulose.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, thoroughly.
4. Add in vanilla and salt and mix.
5. Then add flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough is the desired consistency (more liquidy dough will make more flat cookies and thicker dough will produce fluffier cookies).
6. Mix in chocolate chips.
7. Scoop out onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheets
8. Bake for 9-10 minutes until golden brown.
9. Allow to cool on the pan for 3-5 minutes before removing with a spatula onto a cooling rack.
10. Repeat until all dough is gone and enjoy!
Net carbs per one cookie: 1.2 grams
Total Carbs per one cookie: 10.7 grams
