One of the reasons why I like your content is that, unlike most content creators and their 'how to get jacked' videos, you actually make sure to bring up genetics. Also, hats off to the amazing work and results. I will probably never achieve your level but your videos still inspire me to hit the gym 5-6 days a week. Keep it up.

I really respect your achievements. You look great.
I'm currently at about 200 rest days. The only thing grown so far is my belly. ;-)
And to all the 14 y/o out there... you don't have to look like him.
Fine if you do and can. If not, also fine. Just live healthy.
Don't drink, don't smoke, don't eat crap. And do some sports.

I don’t body build, I just do Advanced calisthenics for tendons and abs (front lever, Planche Archer pushups/Pull ups). For arms/Forearms I do mainly my arm wrestling routine which targets a lot of hand forearm and bicep/triceps. Powerlifting was another one that I am getting into but I also train Boxing for cardio, Plus I have PE every other day and I’m running a lot. For legs If I don’t have a leg press I just do Pistol squats but if I’m at the gym I use the leg press and leg squat and calve raises. I’m naturally skinny but put on muscle easily if I eat a lot.

I'm 13 years old and i've been going to the gym for now 1 years as an ectomorf (i started bc i was even MORE skinny) now i am 13, i had alot of very good results, but i've been struggling from the last few months bc i've been *playing WAY MORE football than before so i burn more calories than what i eat in my bulking.*

Right now im almost 14 only working out at home, i managed to get abs with and some decent arms with body weight. Finally allowed to go to my local gym tmrow.

You might be broke now and that okay but imagine your kids living in a life where they have to struggle because of your life choices when you could actually do something about it. The biggest gift you can give your kids after showing them love and being in their lives is financial Cover and that is why My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.

i guess the difference is, he trained for his body, and i trained for strength

I am currently cutting down to 10 percent bodyfat. Im at 20 percent right now and in 3-4 months I will be shredded, have a lean face and body. Let's do this boys! It's time to glow up :)

I did pull ups and went from a rectangle to a decently noticeable triangle back in around 4 or 3 weeks.

Dude! You are like me, only with gym not chalistenics! I am also jacked, but not that much like you (5.7 foot, 147 pounds though) with a pretty normal body percentage (I bulked, so I am not to skinny and the cut would be easier. (I don't know probably 15 % body fat) ) . I only did chalistenics, and protein kicked in with my genetics, so yeah, I got pretty strong! I have been working ou for 2 years seriously, but began 4 years ago. And I can comfirm, that even as a chalistenics exerciser, your gym work out routine is REALLY GOOD! I think kinda the same way. And my diet is the same like your, only that my mum knows quite much about food, because she is an eating disorder psychologist!

Do you think I could get good results with just calisthenics? I ask because I can't go to the gym now, but I'm training at home.
