This is true when woman is just a little overweight. I started from really obese, doing cardio and lifting and cutting calories a little. When you have big belly, you can not even properly do some exercises. When i will hit my ideal weight plus 15-20kg, i am going to start building muscle in calorie surplus. Not only skinny girls are watching you. Thank you for being an inspiration!

When you focus in building muscle first, how do you lose the fat?

Also are you suggesting that we eat more and gain more weight while we exercise to build muscles?

Ok, let’s say I build the muscle first then loose the fat, like you said. When going into a caloric deficit, how do I avoid loosing muscle mass? From my understanding, I need to go into a caloric surplus to build muscle but also need to cut calories in order to lose weight(fat).

I didn’t have to have a “muscle base”, I just started working out and saw progress. It wasn’t til after I gained a bit of muscle mass that I started eating more to gain muscle faster.

I recommend working out 4-6 days a week with light to moderate weight and bodyweight/cardio for just 10-20 minutes full body workout. Just do heavy weight once a week. When you become more conditioned you can do workout lightly to moderately 5-6 days a week and heavy weight/high intensity 1 day a week. Never do heavy weight more than 1 day a week as you can suffer risk of over training and injury. EVER

You’ll get very good results with a clean diet after a few weeks.

I do this all the time… I spent my youth building that core… so when I chill “oh you fat…” then boom… 20 pounds loss… “Damn you cut”…. Base and protect your joints young guys too….

I did the opposite I started at 240lbs being kinda chubby then dropped 50lbs then started lifting weights for muscle.
