Tip: Warm your bowl for the honey by turning it upside down under hot water. Turn it back over, place honey in the bowl. The honey will side out better when you add it to the pan.

Oh My Goodness! I just made this, following your directions exactly. The is the most delicious salmon recipe I've ever tried. And that's saying a lot because I am extremely picky when it comes to salmon. I'm 58 yrs old and I have NEVER had a recipe this delicious. I made this tonight and couldn't even believe how amazing it tasted, the flavour balance between the spice mix and lemon and the garlic roasted in the butter OMFG!! Best sticky sauce I've ever had from a YT recipe!! Served it with basmati rice and scallions and ended up mixing the leftover glaze into the leftover rice for a great side dish tomorrow. We have salmon a lot of different ways and this is now my favourite. Gonna try the same recipe with chicken thighs next. Thanks man!!
