Recipe and ingredients:
Pour 150 ml of warm water.
Add 1/2 tsp of salt and stir until completely dissolved.
Add 120 g flour and mix.
Add another 120 g of flour, knead the dough with your hands.
Knead until the dough is soft but not sticky.
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Finely chop 40 g spinach.
Finely grate 100 g gouda or cheddar cheese.
Divide the dough into 7 parts.
Make dough balls.
Cover the dough so it doesn't dry during cooking.
Take 1 ball and roll it as thin as possible.
Melt 50 g of butter in the microwave.
Cover with butter.
Put some spinach on the dough.
Add some cheese.
Repeat after me and you will succeed just like me!
Roll out the prepared dough with a diameter of 15 cm.
Add some oil.
Brush the top of the flatbread with oil.
Fry over high heat until golden brown.
The cheese flatbreads puffs up a little - that's great.
