You can easily recover 5 stops over in pro res raw with the sony A7SIII. Also you can clean up the noise better than the internal noise reduction. Sony needs to let us turn off or down the internal noise reduction. Only thing bad about pro res raw is storage demands, another piece of equipment to deal with. My problem is no da Vinci resolve support so I won't use raw. S-I is good enough for me right now

Is there any way to see how many minutes left for recording video ?
I mean, if i had 128gb sd card and shoot at xavc s i 10bit 422 at 25fps for example, can i see at display how many minutes i have for recording????
(xavcs i recordable time)

I think every NLE handles files differently.. but if sony and atomos works together and makes a firmware to correct them we might get more accurate colors out of ninja v. Or, Atomos can work with blackmagic to process to ultimately have both prores raw and braw support for cameras that can support them. On the other hand, I wish we could use Da vinci for color grading as it has far superior color correcting options.

I’m getting really intense noise/grain recording from a7siii to ninja v in all parts of my image, even at base iso. What am I doing wrong?
