To check whether or not the camera has dual gain ISO, you should compare 10000 to 12800 both in Prores Raw. If 12800 is cleaner than 10000, again, both in Prores Raw, then something other than noise reduction is going on.

under what circumstances you would shoot a dark scene like that. ? Please light up that scene and make it low light then test dual base ISO I bet you will change your statement.

Nice one, you should do a test at 6400 as well. They might have equal amount of noise before the Noise reduction kicks in at 12800..

Ahh we need the Black Magic comparison. FYI my work flow to convert the Pro Res RAW to Pro Res 4444 HQ and then edit on Davinci. So much better for colour grade. Please if you can do the same when it comes to the comparison to BRAW

No dual native iso is actually a thing. it clears up at 12, 800.

At least in your Premiere version ProRes RAW doesn't get interpret as Linear which it does here lol.
So that's actually quite a big step :)

Was the pro res Raw cleaner at 12’800 than let’s say 10’000 ISO? I’ve been really curious if the clean high ISO’s are completely due to noise reduction

The new CF-A card should be able handle the bitrate of internal raw recording up to 4k60. I wonder if that is a firmware update away.
