My gf just got me my first smart watch, it checks blood oxygen levels, heart rate, and sleep. I am a little bit of a wim hoffer myself, going to try later tonight to see how low I can drop my heart rate for those prolonged breath holds. My longest breath hold is close to 4 minutes. I really feel wonderful after a few rounds.

I live in Colorado Springs 6K altitude above sea level. I was prescribed Oxygen after coming down with Covid 2 years ago. My levels while sick were down to 79. Have been on Oxygen since. Modified it into my C-Pap for overnight. It seems most of the measuring devices (Pulse Oximeters) available today or dangerously inaccurate. Example; at this moment at night, measure using Samsung Smart watch = 96-97 O2 saturation, using a ChoiceMMed finger sensor = 90, and using ZAC Qlrate Pro Series = 92 - All measured within 10min - Normally my levels are 90-91. Is there benefits to using Oxygen overnight?
