God I need to start food prepping. Everytime I see people prepping I get so inspired, but when it comes to doing it myself, well, I'm working on that.

Congratulations! Yay 👏👏👍👍👍. I do my weigh in tomorrow so I’m hopeful. I cheated a little on Vday. Ugh. I asked for no candy but oh no I got candy. I ate 4 pieces. I’m sorry 😐 but I’m back on track. Thank you for the encouraging words! Keep it up! You’re doing great! xo, Kelly

Such great meal ideas! Thank you for sharing. I am down .5lb from last week. My meal to share: egg roll in a bowl. Brown ground beef in a skill. Then add broccoli slaw. Cook that until slightly tender. Season with ginger and garlic.

Have you tried the Primal method? It is very very similar to Paleo but a little less restrictive (meaning you can have cheese 😊). I found it much more sustainable for my life than Paleo (again....I don't want to give up that cheese haha). Good job though girl! My favorite way to keep these lifestyles interesting is to find a way to make unhealthy food, healthy/primal/Paleo. Like healthy fried chicken and biscuits, coconut sugar brownies, etc... just pick your old favorite recepies and see how you can alter it. Then you don't feel like you're missing out.
