Yep, I only eat once or twice maybe a day. But it isn't much either.

I also no longer have the cravings for sweet, or gluten type foods and, or, desserts.

I've only been carnivore for 4 months, but the first thing I noticed was that after eating breakfast around 6 in the morning, I wasn't hungry again until 7 or 8 at night. Many other benefits followed.

About to finish my first week. After like day 2 I’ve switched to 2 meals and now I’m at one meal plus a snack. (Night shift truck driver. Bored so I eat mainly pork rinds.) I’ve done keto before with great result then fell off. But this diet is SOOOO much easier. I ain’t gotta count crap I just eat till full. And since all
I’m eating is meats and eggs I don’t have to watch out for carbs ever. So friggin easier than regular keto

Landed in twomad. 0900 and 1700. Bacon and eggs in the morning, some sort of beef (ground or whole) and butter in the evening. I've also stopped "cooking", which makes things way simpler and easier. 5 minutes in the frying pan, and done.

I have only eaten one meal a day most of my life. If I eat breakfast, I am hungry all day. If I just eat supper, I am not hungry all day!!!

Soon after I started carnivore, I implemented intermittent fasting and only ate lunch and dinner. I lost 70 lb in a year. Never stalled. Never fell off the wagon. Have kept the weight off for almost 3 years now! Thank you, Dr Berry!! 🥩🧈🥓🥚💪❤

I only do one medium carnivore meal a day based on economic constraints followed by water intake, necessary vitamins and some black coffee. 70lbs away and counting...

I'm definitely no carnivore or keto, but I have majorly upped my protein and reduced my carbs. Hunger is more under control.

I was so busy one day I asked myself if I’d eaten! I wasn’t hungry at all so I just ate the next day. I’ve been doing OMAD. I’m amazed at how my stomach isn’t growling anymore lol!

I find that my number of meals per day depends on my physical activity if I'm physically busy cutting splitting stacking fire wood working on my vehicle or house or panning gold hunting gem stones the I eat three meals a day but if I slow down then it drops to two meals a day and if I have three days doing very much I drop to one meal a day so it depends on what I'm doing how many meals I eat

I ate one meal a day for two months. Stuck to either Rib eye Steak, Liver, Eggs, Bacon and cooked only in grass fed butter. Drank only water and two cups of black tea each day. I lost just three pounds and had diarrhea the entire two months allbeit at regular times. I wanted Carnivore to work so badly but it doesn't work for everyone. Went back to eating meat and veggies and diarreah stopped.

Advice please: no matter what time of day I eat, I’m not hungry until the next day. That’s not a big deal. The problem lies in the amount. 1/3lb hamburger patty and I’m done. Or two eggs fried in bacon with two pieces of bacon. That’s all I can make myself eat. I know I’m not getting enough protein but what do I do? I’m 56, female, 25lbs overweight and a cross fitter. Will this resolve on its own?
