In this 30 minute Restorative Yoga Class we will do some slow and grounding movements, opening the chest and heart area as well as the hips and hamstrings. I'm so happy I managed to capture the sunset, this is for sure one of the most beautiful spots I've ever filmed yoga at 😍 It's in Skagen, which is the most northern point of Denmark. If you ever come to Denmark, you have to visit it! I really hope this yoga class gives you a break from everything that is going on in your life right now and allows you to fully calm down and feel into your body, as well as create more space and flexibility.
