⚡️ BOOST YOUR MOBILITY FAST with our free routine:

If your shoulders are tight and stiff, or if you’ve had shoulder injuries in the past, you need to get prehab time in before training. Instead of telling you to do the same old boring band warmups you probably won’t do anyway, Ryan gives you two movements that'll do more for improving your shoulders and are actually fun.

We really hope you found this video useful. Please leave a comment if you have any questions at all. We'll do our best to help.

Thanks for breaking it down into simple movements - a lot of the other instruction I've seen goes too fast. The transitions are the most interesting part to me.

Absolutely bloody brilliant! Thank you so much Ryan. I used these cues in my teaching class this morning and literally game changing for people.

I've already been working through Elements, and I'm starting some shoulder rehab this month as well. I was worried I might need to take a break from Elements, and this inspired me to keep going and to auto-regulate appropriately.

That's not to say I've NOT been auto-regulating. Instead, this gave me some additional knowledge on how to go about auto-regulating more wisely and effectively.

I kinda have messed up shoulders too and I'm working on range of motion while doing Elements. I love this little flow! Thanks!

Read about your philosophy to training and it's very rare atleast on YouTube to find someone who does not train for aesthetics but for movement! I've been training for two years (mostly calisthenics) to improve my strength in order to do skills and now it's my lifestyle! I purchased rings and followed your beginner program 3 times a week. Really sky rocketed my performance! I love your approach and keep moving!

Awesome. This helped me get my Bear to Crab, and back, to be smoother and easier than I’ve had so far in Elements (which is a great program by the way).

Your videos are awesome have you considered doing a 30-day follow along workout for YouTube but the focus on things like prehab/rehab like this or perhaps you already have done that

You guys are awesome, thank you for all this content. I currently have elements and mobility.. focused on building the foundation. Last year I separated my shoulder (grade 2/3 ac separation) snowboarding. Do you have any tips for strengthening this shoulder so it could more easily take a spill if it ever happened again? Thank you!

I wanted to learn either back flip/somersault or this. This might be easier

Unfortunately, my right shoulder is still too sensitive even for those movements (especially crab). I did thee prehab and the next 2 days it was sensitive again. Back to light band exercise for now...

How did you mess up your shoulders before?

Good ideas but one thing you have to understand, sometimes you work with elderly that hardly can sit on the floor.
