I need to upgrade fortigate firware from 6.2.x to 6.2.1x and it's hard to figure out who have the registered support account in my department.
so I couldn't get the firmware files but seems it can directly download and install firmware through the fortiguard server.

Thanks for sharing. I recently did this for 6.2.6 > 6.2.10 on an 80E where I hit backup config and upgrade. Then I got the warning sign about "system taking longer than expected to come back. Check serial console". It never came back. What gives?
