Hi guys, after upgrading I noticed that I can only view 4 channels via the WEB interface, although I could view 16 channels before the upgrade? Am I missing a setting somewhere? Regards Harry.

Just a warning no disrespect to the video owner but I tried this and my system knocked back the up date and has locked me out of system plus cameras with no recovery. Cost to repair was more than the price of the system.Technician had to email Hikvision to un lock each camera. IF YOUR SYSTEM WORKS DON'T TOUCH

Access Error: 404 -- Not Found
