I feel lied to. I don't have wifi or internet for my phone spotty cell service. Now I am told I must update the firmware for the ecoflo delta pro. The whole idea of buying it was if the grid is down and internet too we would have power. I am told if there is an error message you have to check the firmware. What good is that?

I just updated the firmware on my Ecoflow Delta Mini, now it will not connect to the Ecoflow App afterwards. I've tried reconnecting over and over again, even removed and reinstalled my Ecoflow App and still will not connect. Keep getting error - Device Online Query Failed. I've tried 5-6 times and same error message keeps popping up, so this has been really frustrating. I wish I never updated the firmware on my Ecoflow unit, because it was working fine before the firmware update.

Anybody knows what error code 10006 means for EcoFlow River 2 Max? Firmware upgrade fails every time.

Ecoflow has made it incredibly easy to brick devices with a firmware update. It's as if they've never heard of the practice of using twice the size flash chip needed to have a known good and an update-in-progress copy of firmware. I had one update succeed and the following update brick the device due to firmware update failure. Quality software. Ordered another brand. Waiting to hear from customer support. I would recommend avoiding ecoflow now.

Can't update firmware without a wifi connection. Delta 2 will not connect to wifi, only bluetooth. The app error message says bring my phone closer to the device but I can't get it any closer, it's touching. I think it has to go back under warranty. I had planned on getting an extra battery but that's not going to happen now, thanks Ecoflow.

What happens if we're really grid down for months/years and updating firmware is impossible? Will this very expensive solar cell fail me when I need it most?

No matter what I do my Delta 2 says it failed to obtain firmware information.
The unit is connected to my Wi-Fi and there's nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi because I'm using it on other devices.

I just got my 2 Delta Pros. They both need a firmware update. The directions say to connect any accessories I have to the Delta Pro before I do the update so they can also be updated. What accessories am I supposed to connect?

These comments almost scared me away from doing the firmware update. Just to add a little hope, I was able to update the firmware on my Delta 2 + Delta 2 EB with no issues at all.

Finally got the App linked to my son's phone, had issues with mine. Now when updating the Firmware, it powered off the Inverter, and since it is set up to my Internet (Fibre box/ Router), there is no Interbet obviously, so the update fails. Argh!

Have tried to update my Delta 2 to firmware 1.03.18, but the progress bar is stuck at 1% and after a while I see error code -3. What does it mean and how can I successfully update?

ecoflow delta pro charging station. after an unsuccessful update attempt (the Internet, which was working from the built-in sockets, was disconnected), the station charges, but the screen does not start and almost all settings in the application do not work. wi fi also does not connect. There is no Wi-Fi. What can I do? How to make factory reset?
