Nicotine makes my anxiety worse, nicotine makes me feel bad about myself, nicotine controls me, nicotine takes my independence away, nicotine once gave me a false sense of relief, nicotine makes me indecisive, knowing that there is a possibility of me never vaping and leading a sober life gives me a sense of calm and hope

nrt was a life saver for me. I went straight from 10 year extreme nic addict( work construction so I hd unrestricted access to my disposable and would go through one a week) to the step 2 patch for 1 month to the step 3 patch for a week and I was done with it. I also finally decided that i was 100% done. I really think thats the number one key is there was a mental change and I whole heartedly wanted to quit for the first time in my life. Im free wishing those still bound to nicotine the best you can do it its so worth it youll feel amazing but it will be one of the hardest things youve done.

Ive read so many of these comments, your personal experiences. I’m only 18, I have so much life to live, I know. I’ve been vaping since I was 14, a freshman in hs, at first it’s cool and fun makes you feel older and independent. Then after a few years you’re telling yourself you’ll stop if you want or need to. Then before you know it, it’s not fun anymore, you can’t breathe like the young person you are, you’re ashamed bc you want to quit at this point, but it seems impossible. Boom addiction. It really is a coping mechanism

I've been subscribed for a few months and it wasn't until I started watching your videos with a serious mind set that helped me change my habits.. I gave up weed on my own and I knew vaping was next. I cut down from 6mg to 3mg and I knew with my addictive personality it would take something more. All I needed was that push. I watched one video unintentionally actually and actually gave it further thought. I cannot thank you enough and really giving up nicotine was much more easier than I thought. I quit high caffeine energy drinks like "BANG" the same day too!! I AM 3 days Nicotine free with much help from your channel!! Thank you!!
