My difficulty has always been getting to sleep. Sometimes, it's related to depression. Sometimes, I think it's just my busy audhd brain.

My doctor said because of my bipolar disorder I should ask her before I do such things. I get Zolpidem for sleep 4 weeks every 3 months. I want to ask her if I could try Daridorexant because I have nothing that works good for the other 8 weeks.

Sleep routine with bipolar disorder is very hard. My psychotherapist said bipolar People have not a normal "inner clock" so it can be very difficult to help them.
