This is one of my favourite longer ab workouts that give you a sore belly afterwards, guaranteed!
I have so much fun doing it and the time flies away like little birds. While focusing on the side abs and obliques, you also work on your entire core.

This workout includes all different variations of ab exercises that:
- Support your side abdominal muscles
- Help you gain a strong total core
- Work on your lower back as well
- Support the muffin top

Great video! 2 comments I thought would make it better:
1) it’s a bit confusing whenever you swap from 1 side to another, especially when the moves look similar in the first half. It would have been good to have some consistent structure (eg swap sides after every 2 exercises throughout the entire workout), and perhaps visual prompts

2) the next workout label in black is more prominent than the current workout label in purple. It becomes confusing which is the current workout sometimes. Perhaps rethink the colour scheme.
