I can't stand electrical work but the only thing that keeps me going are push in connectors and wago lever nuts. They keep me from ever having to use an old dangerous wire nut. This video shows you how they work and how to use them.

The newer 221 series is 40% smaller than the 222 series- The one you displayed and you can test the current while in use as well.

Solder with heat shrink for less than half the resistance of lever nuts. Nearly the same resistance as uncut conductors. It just takes more time. What else do most people do with their “extra” time except keep their head down in their phone on Fakebook anyway?

The new style wago lever nuts are also clear so you can see if the wire is fully in

If they are as sharp as they claim, why do you need a thumb hole for extra pressure?

Wire nuts are better but you tell me wires twisted together with a wire screwed over them or a little tin plate making contact with one side of the wire
