This technique gives me happiness, less anxiety and the ability to be grateful and joyful through the day since it flushes away all the toxins and makes way for oxygen to reach places under the diaphragm other techniques dont. I appreciate your work with all these routines. I would love to see this technique rolled into the other four types of breathing. I chopped the two up and combined themselves so I could use in my daily routines for now, but look forward to what you create with the ultimate set.
