Omg, I’m on fire, super sweaty and I’m so glad for these workouts. I did a PROPER PUSH UP today . This to me is a major goal . Thank you for these incredible workout plans . I’d be so lost otherwise.

I'm behind because of illness. I'll finish on Wednesday. Loved that the music has a beat to. Dripping with sweat. Till tomorrow's pilates

This workout was sooo good and sweaty! I liked that the exercises were very diverse, so I didn’t mind the repetition in this one. And you can give it your all in those 20 seconds!
