grow your glutes at home - WITH DUMBBELLS

DUMBBELL ONLY WORKOUT: The workout is from my Knockout Body 2.0 program. Originally designed for the gym but we've put out at home substitutes for those whose gyms have closed!

THE WORKOUT:
*3-4 sets of each exercise
*rep range will depend on equipment you have available

1) Banded Db Squats

2) Staggered Stance (b-stance) Db Romanian Deadlifts

3) Staggered Stance (b-stance) Hip Thrust

SUPERSET:
A) Deficit Reverse Lunge
B) Banded Abductors

SUPERSET:
A) Leg Curl
B) Dumbbell Quadruped Kickback

Follow Along Glute + Lower Body Stretch - USE AFTER EVERY GLUTE/LEG DAY

you holding the dumbbells while doing hipthrusts.. that was legit me a couple weeks ago hahaha stacking a 40 and 2 25's was a challenge haha but this is great, thanks for sharing!
