People STILL don't understand the anti-camp feature... | Dead by Daylight

Yesterday I played a very frustrating match where my team just fell apart all of a sudden. Was this another case of throwing the game for an archive challenge, or were we just dumb? We'll never know.

This is one of the SoloQ games of all time that's for sure.

It was gonna end poorly from the beginning because the killer was using Beast of prey (best perk in the game)

Imagine playing so blindly you are considered to be drunk by your teammates

There are also so so SO many people (survivors) that don't know you can't get grabbed while unhooking anymore

“Nea how much do you want to throw the game?”
Nea: “yes”

The anti camp meter should absolutely be shown to all teammates.
Additionally bhvr need to make new tutorials for killer and survivor to accommodate all the changes and encourage more efficient and team oriented survivor play.
Edit: for example In the survivor tutorial explaining that splitting up is more beneficial and sometimes it's best to take the killers attention away from your dying teammates.

I think it all went wrong when she started chasing the killer giving a down, it snowballed from there, but the one stopping anti camp is a close second

I wouldn't say this is a ''people don't understand the anti-camp'', this game was a ''she doesn't know that an anti-camp feature exists''

Cheryl: Chest archive
Meg: Totem archive
Nea: Pallet/blind rescue achievement
Trickster: Beast of Prey archive

It's what I always said, no matter how many changes you make to soloQ - you can't fix stupidity.

Just another situation of solo q being disjointed and unable to work cohesively due to lack of understanding of intent

I’ve been in so many matches where I run the killer for a couple minutes and nobody hops on a gen until 15 seconds before I go down. That is one of THE most annoying things about solo queue

Anti-Camp is also stopped by Survivors being in the Dying State and being too close to the hook. I had a match where I was being face-camped by a Wesker and anytime my teammates would get downed, the Wesker would intentionally drop the Survivors near the hook to stop/slow progress.

Imagine if those two survivors had both worked on gens while you were chased and hooked.

It started going wrong when your long chase wasn't turned into at least two gen pops, but the instant second down was when things really went south.
After that the killer gifted you a chance to recover, but your teammates went "no you" and gifted the killer two more downs

This is why I don't play solo survivor at night. As soon as the after work and party crowd start logging in people start doing the weirdest shit. It's hilarious as killer, but it can be incredibly frustrating as solo survivor; at least if you have a team mate you can laugh about stuff together.

Don't worry Game devs are working on the anti camp bar so it can/ will show to all the teammates... It will just going to take them a few years.

That was the most painful sequence of events I've ever witnessed my lord 💀

Every single survivor game i Play ends up like this, with people doing the most useless or dumb things the whole match. That's why switching to killer is a really good idea if ur playing alone
