I've been eating 5lb of red meat everyday for over 1 year. I consume 3 meat shakes/day with 1-1.5 of meat during the day and around 2lb of meat for dinner. Red meat is the highest quality and most nutrient dense food you can eat and far healthier than all the low quality processed foods that most people eat. Since I've been eating large quantities of red meat, I've made noticeable improvements in my strength and ability to recover.
