I was having “attacks” and when they came on, I honestly thought I was going to die. Turns out that my adrenals were barely ticking over. Cortisol was sooo low

I have bounding pulse and can pretty much feel my heartbeat 24/7 even though my heart rate is only at 65bpm. Also every time I eat anything solid, my pulse intensity increases to the point it I feel it in my entire body, even my legs and fingers. If I eat more than a certain amount I get tachycardia on top of bounding pulse for hours. Because of that, I now have an aversion to eating and will only eating one meal a day after my day is over. If anyone knows what the is going on with my body please help.

My hearts been beating hard for 2 straight months extremely hard. I can’t lay on my left side of my stomach at night because it almost hurts or like the heart is pushing against my rib cage. Constantly beats hard no matter what. I have been taking lamotrigone 150mg a day for 3 months and also take 100 mg of Zoloft a day. Any possible solutions or ideas ??? Please respond ASAP ! ❤️

Hello Doctor,
Actually I have a slim body and I am able to see my heart pumping where my heart is located ! If I keep and object on it like phone also phone also pumps and sometimes my heart beats goes so fast !!
Can you recommend what to do ??
And if this risk for my life and I am still 20 and facing this problem since 3 years ?

I had this happen the other day before bed, however, when I went to doctor today the nurse noted my heartbeat was slow (48 bpm then she rechecked and it was 52 bpm). What could be the reason?
