Never thought I'd see the day that it's easier to see a Dr. on YouTube than to get an actual appointment with one in America

I’m so glad I came across this channel. I just was recently diagnosed with SVT that I literally have had since I was 18 years old (65 now) and had a cardiac ablation which fixed it. As I age, I am more and more in tune with my health and appreciate a common sense approach to living a healthy life. Love your sense of humor and the way you explain things.

I would have loved working with any of these three doctors. Their personalities help patients feel comfortable, reassured, and safe. Yep I am a retired RN now but believe me when I say these guys are GOOD!

The best thing I’ve found to help mine is Magnesium. It has been approved by my cardiologist for me to take every night. Mine would always act up when I would lay down.

Thanks for doing this vid. Just saw a cardiologist a month ago about irregular beating and wore a monitor for 48 hrs. He was very reassuring but it’s still nice to see vids like this to stay informed. I’ve watched other vids you guys have done and subscribed today.

Took 2 separate 2 week Holter monitor tests to catch my short periods of atrial fibrillation. Repeated short bursts. I was 3 strokes in before this was caught. Bisoprolol is my friend. Because shorter duration monitors saw nothing I kept stroking. Ruined my career. I thank God for a determined cardiologist at Toronto Western Hospital.

Have sent this wonderful, informative, clear video to my neighbour. She has had heart challenges in the past but really likes to be informed in her 83rd year. “Never stop learning!” ✅👍🇨🇦

Just had an EKG done at my cardiologist last week told me I was throwing in a little extra beat every so often but he also told me it was nothing to worry about and thank you for the reassurance from a first time viewer

I’m in the UK (England) and just came across this very useful and informative video. I had Ventricular Fibrillation which led to a series of 9 cardiac arrests one day last March.. I had a dual Pacemaker and ICD fitted. It’s amazing what modern medicine can do! Thanks for posting, you doctors are a god send!

I woke up at 2am with my heart racing like an F22 on full afterburners, sweat poring out. I tried to make it to my desk but fell short and couldn't get up. I had my phone in hand so I called 911 after dialing 611 several times. The EMT got there pretty fast and took me to the small country hospital nearest to my home. I was given 12 units of blood and then airlifted to Stockton, CA Dignity Health Hospital. Turned out I was bleeding internally and was just short of dying. I asked for pain meds at the country hospital but the nurse told me they need blood in me and had to insert a needle in my juggler vain before they do that. I bleed out three times before they figured a way to stop the bleeding. They ran a wire up my femoral artery and wrapped it around something they called an artery to my pancreas. It worked thankfully. My brothers were making funeral preparations.

You nailed this, I'm 67 started getting A Fib at 23 yrs old and had one of the best cardio docs in California, had a successful ablation in 2006, a couple of "breakthroughs" and I agree 100 percent, I had triggers, not realizing it was my own actions, (not enough sleep, too much caffeine, smoking, stress) kept throwing me back into a fib. Had a Linq monitor inserted, as you said did a diary even though it was recording and was able to pinpoint the triggers. Fingers crossed, I eliminated the triggers, in May it'll be 3 years since my last episode of a racing, irregular heart. I love it you're all so accurate and speak in layman's terms. Keep up the great work, I'm learning lots from you all. Bravo!

Recently had 5stents in the backside of my heart. Then 2 weeks later, had a tavers procedure. Didn't expect my heart to regulate so well after surgery. My surgeons are top notch, I'm so very thankful this worked for me😊 I'm taking Brilinta now and so far so good. I'm 62 now, looking forward to life again 😊

I have 'racing heart syndrome'. My heart suddenly jumps to 160 beats per minute. Holter monitor didn't pick it up. Even a cardio stress test wouldn't make it kick in. One time, it started when I stood up from sitting on the floor petting my dog. Have been on Atenolol now for 30 years and it has kept it under control for the most part. Had a breakthrough last month, but laid down and practiced controlled breathing and got it to slow down to 80 in about 10 minutes, without having to take my Atenolol. Stress has been tough this year.

Hello doctors
Very accessible info
A reminder many civilians may not know hat “ benign” means in your discussions.

For everyone:
Someone or something that is benign
is gentle, kind, mild, or unharmful: a benign soul wouldn't hurt a fly.
Benign describes a range of qualities, all of them positive
