Please do a video that teaches how to use bands to improve on bodyweight movements!
Also, how to set them up properly. I once did a band assisted pull-up and that thing almost slapped my face…

Are there bands you recommend? I bought a pack of bands and even the thickest one isn't big enough to get me to do a pull-up.

I'm 240 lbs and 6'6''. I'm strong enough to do so many other exercises. I can do 50 push-ups fast and 10 extremely slow ones with ease. My back is just very weak at the moment I guess.

I can't do a damn pull up lol. Which bands do you recommend for someone my size and weight?

Could you make a video on ankle mobility of possible? My right ankle has more mobility thany left ankle, and that's preventing me from progressing to pistol squats :(

I've been doing band muscle ups for a year.
I can easily do them. 10 or 20 reps. Band around 1 foot . But take my band away I hang on bar for dear life . I cant transition. Getting my chest above bar with no assistance mus up is not happening.. if I weighed 10 lbs less maybe . But I can't do it yet.

dr mike from Renaissance Periodization made case not to use resistance bands for pull ups because he says it doesnt fully stretch the muscle. whats your take on this

and NEVER use the machines. They try and use the wrong muscles. When you know what a pull-up feels like, you could tell.

yeah pull ups is the king exercise for ego fakers ... I cannot see 1 dude at my gym doing at least 1 correct rep.... but yeah 10 1/4 reps hahaha
