Okay so here's what's awesome about this video.... Besides the fact that it offers great insights about hypertrophy training, it also can be applied to like a million other aspects of your life. Being inconsistent with your ultimate goals and spending too much time spinning your wheels happens all the time in contexts outside of fitness. If you can get your training right and then transfer those lessons you've learned to circumstances unrelated to the gym, you've got it made. Such great content!

I want a whole video of dr.mike ranting! I sincerely think it's some of the most helpful information. You can't sugar coat the reality of what it takes to progress and I appreciate the honesty.
