Friendship Breakups: Advice On How To Handle It

Friendship breakups can be difficult I know! In this video, we talk about letting go of friendships and how to let go of a friendship. Sometimes as we grow we notice that there may be some unhealthy relationships in our lives and the friendships that we once had with our best friends are not toxic relationships. Toxic friendships can lead to bad relationships and the further you move along your personal development you learn how to be happy and how to have a self-love that your inspiration comes from within and you just don't know how to break up. That's why in this video I walk you through the right way to do this. The Law of attraction is so powerful in life when you are wondering how to find love and how to be confident. It's a lot about getting rid of the things that no longer serve you.

Sometimes the reason why we go through these moments is that they were lessons to understand what serves us and what does not. Now, let me be clear about one thing before we move on. Just because you choose to let go of a relationship/friendship does not mean that this person may be a horrible person it just can simply mean they are not aligned with you and your story, your growth, your support, and your development. One sacred thing I learned along the way was for me to find true love I had to preserve my energy I had to get clear on what relationship I wanted and that even meant all relationships that surrounded me. My Friendships!
Let me go into the type of friendships we might find ourselves in. We have friendships in our life that may be our best friends, someone we can lean on and talk to about our idea beliefs, and typically they are our #1 motivators, then we find ourselves especially as single women and men in relationships that may be easy for us. yes I have and its because me and my bestfriend wasn't on the same page. we have are differences and not aliened as you say and well. she blamed me for everything and I always have to apologize she never apologize to me. I use up all my effect, and energry to talk to her . There was just so much difference between use and we were just growing apart. we have different beliefs and vales.

HI Apollonia I have a question. If friendships are about lessons, then why shouldn't the other person know what they did in damaging the relationship? I believe in forgiving, but I sure am not going to forget. Lots of I statements sounds good, but some people NEED to be confronted about their behavior. Otherwise how are they going to grow?

I liked your topic. I ended a friendship about year and a half ago with a coworker of mine. He was trying to convince me to join his political conservative beliefs but no I would not because his beliefs are not mine I'm more of moderate I look for r the best of both sides.
But what really happened was he was trying for me to go out with my co-workers which I really like and he knew this, only to find out that he asked her to be his girlfriend . It got me angry he knew that I had feelings for her, since then we don't talk. He tries to message me or text but I refuse to answer.
