Omg...tqvm for sharings ...my age 65 years old male...just now in the middle of night at 3am feel cool and have sinuses running noses...took a mug of hot Milo then body start feeling warm up with heavily sweating till keep on changing few of my soaking wet T shirts...so it could be the hot mug of Milo heated my Body Temperature up...??? Or maybe body metabolism due to 9pm on one hour non stop heavy walking on treadmill for 5km recorded distances in the machine of over excercisings??? But went to bed at 2am...now is 5am., .on my fan and bedroom now in a cooling atmosphere...body temperature behave back to normal...so it could be the hot drink with jacket on...took it off immediately when body started to heavy sweating after drinking hot drink....so scary...feel like going out for a cool.morning walking excercises now...ii it advisable???

I sweat in winter time room temp at 14 to 15 C .3 to 4 times in night my GP dont know how to manage it

Doesn't fail, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day.
