As a beginner this is very true for me just resting isn't helping I need that blood flow kind of healing so my muscles can relax properly

Maybe consider a reupload with some corrections so newcomers won’t get confused. Such as: “do 50 reps with 1 kilo” when talking about Devon Larratt’s recovery method and at the end “decrease recovery time” or “reduce” instead of “increase” . Im sure most people will get the idea, but just some points to polish. All the best to ya man

I mostly rest 3-4 days and then do high reps. Mostly 25-20-15-10 is being enough for me

Hi i need some tips. I had a match last Sunday and I'm set up Sunday the next weekend. So thats just a week of rest and recovery. Whats the best way to recover faster and taking it easy on the muscles? Thanks

You just get stiff and weak if you dont do any physical therapy.
