Zero waste whole orange #shorts

This is a super easy and delicious gluten free cake using a single organic whole orange (including peel). Orange peel is full of nutrients and vitamin C and you can make it candied, dry into fine powder or use it fresh.
INGREDIENTS:
1 x whole organic orange
250 x g almonds flour
150 x g granulated sugar (I used brown sugar)
85 x g potato starch
80 x g water
3 x tsp baking powder
STEP BY STEP:
- Add all your ingredients to a food processor and blend until it forms a thick paste
- If too runny, add 1 x tbsp of potato starch
- Add your mix to a cake tin and cook in a preheated oven for 35-40 mins (170 C)
- To test when it’s ready, Poke the cake with a skewer and if no butter is left on the skewer your cake is ready
- It can last in the fridge for about 4 days
