“No one can make you feel bad about yourself without your own permission.” Needed that. Cheers Cole.

This is one of the reasons get older is actually nice. You just naturally start to realize there’s just about as much you need to ignore as you need to pay attention to in life

The older you get the more you learn to NOT CARE what others think! I can’t say I’ve completely stopped caring but it’s definitely less now then the last few years. I’m 16 now and I’m working on myself for me not for others. Thanks for making this video

I think a lot of (young) people confuse being liked/likeable with being respected/respectable. You think you want people to like you, but what you really want is to be respected. A loser can still be a likeable person, but it's hard to respect them. Focus on doing things that will make you a respectable person and all the pieces of the "puzzle" will start falling into place.

Every thing start to change when my mother no longer here. I miss her. And some regret. But i feel something is awake inside me. I'm more focus on myself, and avoid some people that are bad for me. I like this new me and i'm still growing

People hate when you treat them the way they treat you 🤷‍♀

Tbh I needed this, just yesterday I was told by a close friend how much of a weirdo loser I am (mostly because I am a nerdy, socially awkward dude) and even though I am doing much better than him in life, it still hurts, especially since I was changing and letting go of some of my values to appease people like him and be more popular.

But after what he did, I genuinely don't care, I know that I deserve better than him and his friends, and I am prepared to be lonely and wait for like minded people rather than change myself for others.

Great video as always man, keep it up.

I never experienced going to a party and not kowing what that was like, I usually would let negativity talk get to me, until I learned to ignore and work on myself, thank you Cole

Only when you accept the reality that you can't be respected and accepted by everyone then you can be the one who loved by most
people.

I currently struggling right now. My entire life I feel like I’m a reject. Also right now I’m trying to find a job but over and over they laughed at the interview because I cannot answer some of their technical questions. I always trying my best. I always improving my skill but every time I feel humiliated. So thank you for the message.

When someone tries to diminish you, it's because they need to feel bigger.

I've always struggled with caring what people think, even when I can rationally understand that these people and what they've said don't have any bearing on me unless I choose too, it's hard when they're so intrusive and overtake my entire consciousness sometimes. That paragraph is a simple but effective tool, thanks Cole dude.

This is what I like about this channel. Good quality content that you can easily connect and relate to. Forget about seeing a therapist, a daily dose of your videos is more than enough for me. Thank you for helping those that are in need a does of mental health. We're currently living in an epidemic when it comes to mental health. Keep up the work!

I am way older than Cole, wish I would have known this at his age. Don't let fitting in stop you from being you or chasing your dreams.

Back in March I had the worst breakup with that trauma still lingering around specially when she used to come back and text me horrible things then to go on Instagram and posting how happy she is with leaving me. I am currently studying from home at it is very difficult to deal with the experience she gave me. I binge watched your video on going through a breakup and it has helped me, but not caring was really tough.
Luckily you posted this and I'll try to fix myself in the process of becoming more better and productive.

P.s : It's always in night when those thoughts come back because you're lonely. I'm no different but whoever is going through a breakup please just feel everything and let it out. It'll help you immensely.

This is me as a kid. The runescape all day. Not relating to anyone in my class that played sports/went out. If I could get someone to play RS with me for 5 minutes my entire year was made. I am still working on it YEARS later. Its insanely hard to rewire your brain after being bullied for so many years (called fat polak+punched in the balls all day). Especially when the bullying happens with a developing brain. I am convinced NO MATTER WHAT that people dislike me and don't want me around. If I'm told otherwise I just "they are saying it to be nice they definitely hate me". Got to high school finally and the group that DID accept me was the stoners, so I wasted half my life smoking/making my social anxiety worse. Its crippling I go out once or twice a year now

Your videos are inspiring me so much. Thank you for being so open and honest about these topics that everyone is afraid to talk about out loud.
